Phonk Engine by ATTO
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026. This policy explains what Phonk Engine ("the app", at phonk-engine.tryatto.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. The app is operated by Viralize LLC, doing business as ATTO ("ATTO", "we", "us"). Questions: support@attolive.app.
Who the app is for
Phonk Engine is a private, invite-only tool ATTO runs for a creator it works with. It is not offered to the general public and is not directed to children under 13.
What we collect
- Account details: the username and name ATTO sets up for you, a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself), and optionally an email address for notifications.
- What you put in: ideas, scripts, notes and messages you type, and the video and audio files you upload.
- What the app makes: scripts, picture cards, edited videos, captions and edit settings.
- Notifications: if you turn on phone notifications, your browser's push subscription (a technical address for delivering notifications, not your phone number).
- YouTube data (only if you connect YouTube; see the next section).
- Basic logs: request logs and error reports needed to run and secure the service.
YouTube and Google user data
Phonk Engine uses YouTube API Services. If you choose to connect your YouTube channel, you sign in with Google and grant read-only access through these permissions:
| Permission | What we read | Why |
| youtube.readonly | Your channel's name and ID and the list of your uploaded videos (titles, publish times, lengths, public counts). | To find the videos you posted and match each one to the script and edit it came from. |
| yt-analytics.readonly | Per-video analytics: views, watch time, average view duration and percentage, audience retention, likes, comments, shares and subscribers gained. | To show you how each video performed and to learn which ideas, scripts and edits work best for your channel. |
We also read public information YouTube shows to anyone (public video titles and view counts on your channel and on other public videos in the same genre) using an API key, without your sign-in.
What we never do with Google data: we never upload, edit, delete, like or comment on anything on YouTube; we never sell it; we never use it for advertising; and we never use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Limited Use. Phonk Engine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
How we use information
- To run the features you use: writing ideas and scripts, editing your uploads, showing your results, and sending notifications you turned on.
- To improve your own results: your channel's performance and the changes you make to our work are used to tailor future ideas, scripts and edits for you.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and enforce plan limits.
Service providers we share with
We share information only with providers that help run the app, only for that purpose, and never sell it:
- Anthropic (Claude API): writes and revises scripts and summarizes your results. It receives your ideas and scripts and, for the weekly results review, your channel's performance numbers. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
- OpenAI (image API): makes picture cards from short text descriptions such as "bowl of popcorn". It receives no YouTube data and none of your videos.
- Fly.io: hosts the app and stores its data in the United States.
- Resend (email) and your browser's push service: deliver notifications you turned on.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
Storage, security and retention
- Data is stored on encrypted servers in the United States. Connections use HTTPS. Google access tokens are stored server-side with restricted file permissions and are never shown in the app.
- Raw uploaded footage and working files are deleted automatically after 14 days, CapCut layer packs after 7 days, and finished videos after 60 days.
- YouTube analytics are kept while your channel is connected, so you can see trends over time.
Your choices and deleting your data
- Disconnect YouTube at any time on the Results page. Disconnecting revokes our access at Google and immediately deletes the private analytics we stored from your account.
- You can also remove access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- To have all of your data deleted (account, uploads, scripts, videos and analytics), email support@attolive.app. We delete it within 30 days.
- You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings at any time.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app before they apply.
