Last updated: November 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of Phonk Engine ("the app"), operated by Viralize LLC, doing business as ATTO ("ATTO", "we", "us"). By signing in you agree to them. Questions: support@attolive.app.
The service
Phonk Engine helps a creator plan, script and edit short-form videos and learn from how they perform. Access is by invitation only, under a separate agreement or invoice with ATTO that sets the plan, monthly limits and price. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.
Your account
Keep your password private and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under it. Tell us right away at support@attolive.app if you think someone else has accessed it.
Your content
You own what you upload and create: your footage, voice, likeness, scripts and the finished videos. You give ATTO permission to store and process that content only to provide the service to you (for example, to edit your videos and make picture cards). You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload and for what you choose to post.
ATTO keeps ownership of the app itself: its software, design, prompts and methods.
YouTube
Connecting YouTube is optional. If you connect it, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies to Google's side. Phonk Engine only reads your channel's videos and analytics; it never posts or changes anything on YouTube. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law or anyone's rights, to make content that violates YouTube's policies, to try to get around plan limits, or to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Plans and limits
Your plan sets a monthly number of videos and allowances for other features. When a limit is reached, those features pause until the next billing month or a plan change. Fees and payment terms are in your invoice.
AI-generated output
Scripts, ideas and pictures are generated with AI and can be wrong or imperfect. Review everything before you post. We don't promise any particular views, growth or results.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update features, and we'll tell you before material changes to these terms take effect.
Ending
You can stop using the app at any time. ATTO may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or if your plan ends. You can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and ATTO's total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the fees you paid ATTO in the three months before the claim. ATTO isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue or views.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll try to sort it out directly.
